Purchasing online should be fun and hassle-free. We offer FREE International Shipping and Zero Duty Tax. There are no hidden fees and no minimum purchase is required.

To offer you the best possible price on, we ship from fulfilment centers worldwide, therefore please allow 10-15 days for delivery. Depending on your location and customs process, in some cases orders can take between 10 and 29 days to arrive.

Please allow additional time during the busy Christmas period. We appreciate your patience.

Should your order take longer than 30 working days to arrive please contact us and we will resolve the issue for you.

In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive within 31 days of dispatch, you will be entitled to a full refund for the non-received items.

All items can be refunded within 30 days of receiving the order. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Please send us an email directly at Admin@Gothtopia.com to notify us that you would like a refund.

Please retain the original delivery packaging, ensure your name & order number are included on or inside the package.

Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will do this whether or not we are able to give you a refund.

Note: we are unable to offer refunds on sale items, costumes or used items.
